Work and recorded results
- Built a React/TypeScript application with tenant-scoped ingestion, evidence-backed retrieval and human review on local Cloudflare D1/R2 emulation.
- Added same-key upload recovery, fenced job processing and signed Access JWT verification, with local D1 concurrency and HTTP checks; remote AI/resource acceptance remains pending.
Scope of the evidence
- Local D1/R2 and deterministic AI/search/inline-queue checks do not establish remote deployment or production latency, availability or cost.
- Remote use requires a real Access issuer/AUD, explicit subject memberships, schema migration and live resource acceptance. Recovery relies on caller/queue retry; no unattended outbox sweeper is implemented.
